It opens with a growling riff that almost reminds me of their classic "Double Dare", but this becomes an odd funk-lite number which if anything reaffirms their ongoing love affair with all things Bowie. It certainly doesn't sound too much 21st century - if anything they're continuing where they left off 25 years ago, which is a mixed blessing. I was once a big fan of Bauhaus but maybe just don't "get" them these days. Certainly this track doesn't sound like progress. It also seems to lack the weird atmosphere of much of their earlier music - the upbeat funky bass and rhythm doesn't help. Not bad all in all but a shadow of what they once were capable of.
