And now, a band with as Spinal Tap-esque a nomenclature could never be found. A curious blend of extreme rawk, and folk instruments parping away in the background. It probably falls into the category of 'melodic rock'.
"Under The Hammer" begins softy, then a doomy voice starts singing... what, I don't know. It could be a Goth shopping list, but then it's getting boring and thrashy and I just want Horlicks, a comfy bed and Mozart right now. And it's inducing narcolepsy in me too. If you're feeling particularly depressed, confused and in need of directional counseling, don't listen to this. It will confuse and disturb you even more. It's monotonous blend of suicidal dirge will send you hurtling over the edge even further with a reliance upon medication, inevitably. "All Is Love" has some frantic guitars, and that's about it. It really reminds me of a horrendous hybrid between Lordi and Spinal Tap. And I'm not sure any self-respecting Goth would want to be self-destructive and negative to this music. There's better out there than this, for sure. |
